Title Sequences

The title sequence that I enjoyed watching the most was 007 SkyFall. Being a designer and a huge fan of the 007 series, I have always enjoyed the creative title sequences. What I enjoyed most was how the title sequence was used in conjunction with creative footage from the movie. The footage from the title sequence is somewhat foreshadowing the events from the movie. The music is consistent with the title Skyfall.

My other favorite title sequence was from Captain American: The First Avenger. Their use of creative imagery and typography was consistent and beautifully structured. This sequence begins with 3D images of Uncle Sam and Rosie the Riveter. This movie takes place in the 1940’s-50’s and the use of design and color work well with the movie.
