I found this weeks reading to be very insightful. With these videos, I was able to see the ins and outs of the creative industry. I was also able to see how the process and planning of design is somewhat more important than the final product.
The video that I enjoyed most was for Troika Design Group: Design and Branding Agency. With this video, I found it beneficial to see the actual work environment of such a large company. I enjoyed learning and seeing the creative approach that Troika took with their major clients and how they delegated tasks among employees.
It is my hope to work at a company such as Troika Design Group. I enjoy working with other likeminded creative individuals. Designing for stations like FOX and Oxygen seems like such a cool task and seeing the rebranding and promotion of the Fall lineup sitcom was very cool.
