I liked seeing all the types of visualization. I guess it is easier to understand data if its in a graph, picture or some form of visual. For some stuff, i felt like it was a little more difficult to understand what is being recorded. The airplane map was first difficult to understand what the white strokes were, but then i understood that the white represents take off and landing so it’s where the airports are and the blue strokes are the flight course. I’ve always been a visual learner. I have to be able tot see what i’m reading in order to fully understand it. It doesn’t seem like an easy task to create visual data. It has to be organized and make it easy for the reader to follow. There is also a lot of math involved, not just creative artists making infographics. It has to tell a story and has a lot of statistics behind it.
