My expectations for this semester’s visual aesthetics course are to really hone my skills to figure out, on a theoretical level, how to make something look really good. As an artist, I have all of these techniques at my disposal but most everything that I have ever done has been a best guess kind of deal. I think it will look good (it normally does) and I can identify elements in ay piece of art that are well done, but I want to understand why. I think this will greatly aid my quest to one day become a billionaire.
Also, I’m really looking forward to helping people out with this stuff. I know that a lot of my peers are very proud of their work and won’t want to ask for advice but I will still offer my services simply because I love to help and to see others around me succeed.
