We do this through advanced analytic that turn data about customers, performance, financials, and more into meaningful information.”

Who is a SAS customer and what would they value? SAS is such a large organization it is almost impossible to say they have 1 main customer.  They stretch to all organizations and companies ranging from Ralph Lauren, The Coast Guard, to smaller business.  SAS is a very proactive and flexible organization and this helps them create and generate more business because they are always looking for solutions to the problems they are solving. If they do not have the software capabilities to help a potential customer they will sit down and create a whole new system in order to satisfy their customer. The customers of SAS value innovation. SAS is always moving forward, improving current systems and trying to maximize efficiency in the work place. SAS customers value the quality of the products as well as the easy to use aspect of their software because it is very concise and simplified.

SAS is always looking to better themselves and come up with solutions to problems that haven’t really occurred yet. Their plan for 2014 and the upcoming years is to develop a software for Mobil devices that is easy to use and very user friendly. The age of desktop computers is almost out the door and the newest most influential piece of technologies is smart phones. SAS recognizes this and instead of trying to stick with that they know they are being proactive and attempting to create software that would revolutionize the tech industry. SAS strives for innovation and creation because they understand that the world moves fast and they are always staying ahead of the curb by constantly evaluating efficiency. SAS is an extremely successful company that stretches across the world. They have had continues revenue growth for 36 straight years.  The numbers speak to the success of this organization and they do not plan for become a publicly traded company because their values and unique business practice need to remain the same in order to insure this continued success.
