The Center for Creative Leadership or CCL’s mission statement is: provides unparalleled expertise in helping individuals and organizations around the world to unlock their leadership potential.”  CCL provides an outlet for experienced business leaders and people who are looking to improve their leadership skills by become more qualified to hold positions of higher reasonability.  CCL offers specific avenues that are tailored to improve skills like “core development” “specialized skills development” and “audience programs development”.

The customers of CCL consist of people in higher management positions who are looking to improve on certain aspects of their leadership skills in order to be a more effective boss. CCL is available for anyone who is interested in improving their leadership skills by trained professionals who have spent years researching the most effective strategies and methods for the specific method of leadership the customer is looking to improve on.  The customer values results and tangible improvement. It is very hard to quantify how leadership skills affect the success of a company because there are so many variables to account for when evaluating the success of an organization. The customers who use the CCL programs value results of positive improvement that are related to the certain fields they were looking to improve.

The Center for Creative Leadership has created a plan for the future that requires a 5-step process for success. The 5-step process is a general guideline for all branches of leadership that are not specific to a single field or branch.   Step 1 is “get your brain in the game” 2 “expand the leadership equation” 3 “Nurture your networks” 4 power up no profit partnerships and 5 “elevate the coaching impact.” The point of the new plan is to help people become better leaders by working on these simple strategies. They seem very simple but after thousands of surveys and in-depth research the CCL created this 5 step plan for improved leadership success for all fields.
