YELP is interested in obtaining mentors to help train elementary school children to understand the value of work, obedient discipline, and train them to vision their future.

All that is required of mentors is to visit with a student for a minimum of 30 minutes a week (preferably 60 minutes a week).

The three requirements of a mentor are as follows:

  1. Have the child read 5-8 minutes aloud
  2. Time a one-minute math drill
  3. Review the student’s Work Conduct  Contract (W2c)
