“New technology and digital communication is pushing the limits of the Rules of Professional Conduct. Can we apply the rules designed for old school law practice to the internet, email, blogging and social media? Join the Starting Out Solo group on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 6:00 pm for a special “Thanksgiving” treat as Lawyers Mutual presents a dynamic presentation, “Emerging Ethics: Regulating the 2.0 Frontier,” about recent ethical developments in North Carolina.

This event will be hosted at Elon School of Law located at 201 N Greene St., Greensboro, NC 27401.

This event is free and dinner will be provided.  Please keep in mind that Starting Out Solo is not only for attorneys starting a practice.  If you are a law student or part of a solo or small law firm and want to learn more about law practice management no matter how long you have practiced, you are encouraged to attend.  Please forward this notice to others who may be interested!”
