The hotel also saves on electricity costs, even though the one-hundred solar panels on top of the roof cost $600,000 to make they have nevertheless saved a significant amount energy in the long run.

Along with being sustainable the Proximity hotel is also beautifully designed, and professionally managed. A basic room costs over $280 a night, while a luxury suite can cost as much as $500. To justify the price of a room, proximity offers exceptional service and an environment that is unparalleled. You cannot admittedly the hallways look more like a dungeon’s, the lobby is spacious and well maintained. The Proximity Hotel will continue to be successful in the future, because now it has reduced operating costs and has already paid the large cost of building the structure. Now they have built the structure, and built it to last they can focus on the customer, and enjoy future profitability.
