Thousands of women can directly attribute their triumphs to services offered by the Women’s Resource Center, which is truly only possible through the generous support of the community.

Please consider giving the gift of successful futures for community women and their families. A donation to the Women’s Resource Center will help women find the tools and resources they need to work through whatever challenge life may bring. Your contribution will pay tribute to your own achievements as well by supporting programs that help women navigate life’s hurdles, access community services, develop new skill sets, and move their lives forward.

Intercultural Competence in the Workplace

Did you know that employers across industries value intercultural skills as highly as formal qualifications? They recognize the tangible business benefits of having a workforce with such skills and see the clear risks associated with employees lacking them. Job and internship seekers able to demonstrate intercultural competence have a competitive edge, and are highly sought after by companies/organizations around the globe. In this interactive workshop, attendees will discover the intercultural skills companies seek, why they seek them, and will leave with concrete and meaningful stories to share with employers during networking events, interviewing, and on resumes and cover letters.
