Intercultural Competence in the Workplace

Did you know that employers across industries value intercultural skills as highly as formal qualifications? They recognize the tangible business benefits of having a workforce with such skills and see the clear risks associated with employees lacking them. Job and internship seekers able to demonstrate intercultural competence have a competitive edge, and are highly sought after by companies/organizations around the globe. In this interactive workshop, attendees will discover the intercultural skills companies seek, why they seek them, and will leave with concrete and meaningful stories to share with employers during networking events, interviewing, and on resumes and cover letters.
