After having been an iPhone user for the last three years, I still don’t believe there’s anything better. The interface is unlike any other. It’s made for the user and is unbelievably stunning to look at. Like Mr. Tufte said, the resolution is made for an image, not for a different program.
Although not the most stimulating voiceover, this video was still nice to watch and reflecton the iPhone interface. Since I’m currently creating my own, I think that it’s important to understand why the iPhone is already so great and then build an app with similar principles.
There are hundreds of applications, but I hope that mine is unique and the design lives up to some of the standards the iPhone has already standardized. I you can’t tell I’m a real believer in the iPhone, what it has done and the future. Apple has set a standard for the user’s experience and the competition is just continually attempting to keep up.
