Troika Design
The thing that I really liked about the video is the method in which they go about their creative work. As a person who likes this side of the industry I like work environments like this and would love to work there. Design sometimes works really well in groups and other times it works well as an individual. What I like is the ground collaboration of ideas when it comes to design. People all look and judge things differently and when designing more heads can be better then one.
Also I liked seeing the massive process and planning that goes into developing a concept. Some projects taking over a year to complete means there is a lot of time, effort and money spent on developing good well-rounded concepts.
For me I to see the behind the scenes look into what goes on at a big ad agency. This type of environment is awesome because it proves that as much work goes into developing the concept as goes into developing to product.
