“My first LA trip was not that perfect as it is in the movies”

This story is about a trip I went on during the Winter Break with my two Japanese friends.

We went to Los Angeles for 6 days, and how we encountered a dangerous situation that we didn’t even imagine.

We strayed into a very dangerous place with a lot of homeless people and gangs.

Luckily we survived, but I wanted to tell everyone that how American movies and dramas tell/show us is not everything.

We tend to see the “good” aspects of other countries in dramas, movies, and on social media, so we should have done more research about the place we visited for the first time.

I hope you and other listeners have an interest in this story.

When Skydiving got cancelled, my friends and I were so upset, but it opened up the doors for us to go paragliding instead.
