This is a story about a time that I dealt with a train cancellation as I was traveling from Florence to Interlaken, Switzerland. After a train transfer in Milan, the next train was cancelled, and I had to navigate how to rebook train tickets and find last minute hotel accommodations through a language barrier and time constraint.
