Dean’s Lunch Lectures: Charles Gardner Geyh

Charles Gardner Geyh, John F. Kimberling Professor of Law at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, will be speaking at Elon Law on Thursday, March 31 at 12:30 p.m. in room 207 as part of the Dean’s Lunch Lectures series.

His work on judicial independence, accountability, selection, administration and ethics has appeared in over sixty books, articles, book chapters and reports.

 

His most recent book is Courting Peril: The Political Transformation of the American Judiciary, which “proposes a new way of looking at how the role of the American judiciary should be conceptualized and regulated.” For more information about this work, click here: Geyh-Courting Peril
