It is wild how the pace of growth in HTML & CSS is entirely dependent on the technology presented by the browser. It seems as though the two should just be created hand-in-hand, at the same time in order to benefit fully and quickly from the improvements and discoveries made in the web developing world. Now that CSS3 is a series of modules that are designed to be implemented separately and independently from each other, it seems that we are headed in the right direction as far as development. In addition, it helps that CSS3 doesn’t need to be “finished”, it is still advancing while people are using it, so that it is employed to the fullest degree. It is peculiar how the smallest of details- such as border-radius, text-shadow, and opacity- all work together in creating a professional, faceted unit. RGBA is fascinating because it uses the primary colors to develop your own custom color for the page. Overall, there seems to be many properties of CSS3- some that are still in the process of being developed. However, it has certainly made an impact on web designing and will continue to do so.
