Category Corporate Counsel Division

The Corporate Counsel Division focuses on legal issues faced by practitioners serving in-house for thriving companies. With a wide range of topics from human resources and M&A to complex issues of intellectual property, data security, and electronic discovery, the world of corporate legal issues continues to evolve in fascinating and innovative ways. Here, we seek to shed light on those emerging legal issues faced by in-house lawyers in order to provide insight into those issues before bringing in the outside counsel. We encourage private practitioners to submit articles on issues within their expertise as a way to reach a broader audience of corporate counsel members.
