The Elon Business Law Journal (“EBLJ”) accepts submissions for publication from a variety of authors, including practitioners, scholars, and law students. For authors interested in submitting an article, the EBLJ recommends that submissions be around 1,500 words and concern a topic relating to business law or a development in a different area of law that may have a substantial impact on the business community. Bluebook citations are strongly encouraged. All submissions should be sent to the EBLJ editorial board at businesslawjournal@elon.edu, along with a copy of the author’s curriculum vitae. A member of the editorial board will contact the submitting author within a few days of submission if the submitted manuscript appears to be of publishable quality and pertinent to the journal’s area of focus.
