Social entrepreneur Danielle Nierenberg visited Elon University to share insights regarding what it takes to foster a more sustainable food system. Nierenberg presented “Cultivating a Better Food System.” The talk highlighted stories of hope and success in the food system seen by Nierenberg firsthand in both industrialized and developing countries across the world.
