Development Director, Break Away

Break Away is a national nonprofit organization, based in Atlanta, GA, focused on developing active citizens – people who make the community a priority in their values and life choices. The work Break Away does to accomplish this vision is supporting alternative breaks – service experiences college students partake in nationwide during academic breaks (including alternative spring breaks). Break Away currently works with more than 200 college and university chapters across the country, and over 20,000 students.

Break Away is currently a full-time staff of five. As we enter the start of a three year strategic plan (2016 – 2018), we’re thrilled to support this work with hiring another new position at Break Away.
