The Student Coalition for Action in Literacy Education (SCALE), a division of the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Education, supports campus-based literacy programs throughout the United States. SCALE is seeking a program director for the statewide NC ENGAGE AmeriCorps program. Responsibilities include recruiting members and placement sites, training members and site supervisors, project reporting and documentation, and working with the evaluation team.
