Director, Center for Cross Cultural Engagement, Biola University

The Director of the Center for Cross Cultural Engagement works consistent with the University’s mission and strategic plan to provide vision and administrative leadership to the new Center of Cross Cultural Engagement of Biola University. The Director will lead in the development, implementation and management of the new Cross Cultural off-campus study program. It is the responsibility of the Director to advocate and serve as a resource person for departments, faculty, students and community partners to create opportunities and facilitate a cohesive philosophy to advance the entire University’s cross-cultural engagement efforts both domestic and international. Provide oversight of curriculum planning, organizing, managing community partnerships, budgeting and supervision of staff and student leaders assigned to the Center. This position is a faculty position that will have part-time teaching responsibilities after the first year of employment. Works collaboratively with the Office of Multi-Ethnic Programs and Development personnel.
