Thank you Prof. Molony for this introduction. We are having a wonderful trip so far in Vietnam, and I know the student posts will be appearing soon. Our tours of the Me Kong Delta area, and the scavenger hunt were great, and our business visits yesterday were quite educational. The foodie tour last night showed us parts of Vietnam never before visited!
