On Wednesday, Dec. 18, Moodle will be upgraded to version 3.7. Due to the update, Moodle will be unavailable to all users from 1 a.m.-7 a.m. All existing Moodle data will be backed up and restored during this mandatory upgrade, which will refresh existing features and offer new options including:

Collapsible Topics

This new course format is identical to the standard course format, but with the option to collapse each topic to reduce the overall page size of your course. To make the switch in your course:

  1. Edit the course settings
  2. Expand the “Course Format” heading
  3. Change “Format” to “Collapsible Topics”
