The EULA for iBooks Author states Apple has some rights, and people are still discussing the implications for authors in regard to rights overall. The primary problem with creating your book with iBooks Author is that it isn’t yet easily transformable to use on other e-readers such as Kindle and Nook. You basically have to expect your audience will have to have an iPad or at least a device running Apple iOS to be able to see the book. But people say it is amazing to build with iBooks Author.
