Recap of the #MakeElon events from the spring.

It is a very exciting time to be a maker at Elon. Our makerspace, called the Maker Hub, is under construction and is set to open this fall. However, the maker movement on campus has already begun.

Last spring, Elon makers held several events to build awareness and excitement about making at Elon. Below is a quick summary of the #MakeElon events from the spring. Big thanks to Alan Russell, Joel Hollingsworth, Kenny Wilson, Robert Charest, JP Lavoie, Scott Wolter, Jake Smith, and Alex Simoneaux for leading the events this spring! You can learn more about each workshop and view photos of the events on the Technology@Elon Facebook page. With the launch of the Maker Hub this fall, we are excited to see the number of students, faculty and staff actively engaged in making to grow.

To stay-up-to-date on the Elon maker news, sign up for the occasional Elon maker newsletter and follow elonmakers on Instagram.
