The Privilege of Higher Education
In Ghana I was able to attend the Ghana Institute of Journalism and meet with Ghanaian students of the same major as we. We talked about issues with media in Africa versus the U.S. and about what we want to do with our education and further careers. It was through this experience that I realized the true value of higher education in the United States and how we should value it.
