Elon journalism professor Anthony Hatcher, a former newspaper reporter, addresses an audience at Numen Lumen on the theme of “The Company We Keep.” Hatcher talked about writing obituaries as a reporter, and how they became a celebration of a life instead of just an announcement of a death.
