Dr. Guenther Scherelis is General Manager of Communications for Volkswagen Group of America (Chattanooga Operations). He came to Elon University on Friday, 14 September, 2012 to deliver a presentation on Volkswagen’s development of the Chattanooga operations site, how green engineering and production will impact Volkswagen in the future, the challenges and rewards of doing business in the United States, and how knowledge of the German language and culture would benefit students seeking employment at Volkswagen.
