Director for the Institute of Public Policy, Truman School of Public Affairs, University of Missouri

The Harry S Truman School of Public Affairs at the University of Missouri (MU) is seeking a full-time Director for the Institute of Public Policy (IPP) to oversee rigorous policy research that supports faculty, practitioners, and policymakers in Missouri and nationally.

This position is a full-time, 12-month non-tenure track, ranked faculty position with an administrative appointment. Requirements for the position include an earned Ph.D. in a discipline related to public policy, public administration, economics, or a related field, in conjunction with professional experience in designing, conducting, and evaluating policy analysis research, services, and education programs.

Key responsibilities include development of collaborations with Truman School faculty, Extension, and the broader academic community to perform research that addresses local, state, and national needs; and to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to secure additional funding to support Institute programs and initiatives.
