This full-time, twelve-month position is primarily responsible for implementing, guiding, and assessing W’Engage, Wingate’s sophomore, curricular, community engagement seminar which includes domestic travel (our QEP initiative). The Director will also further community engaged learning and scholarship at Wingate by performing the following duties, among others: (1) assist faculty members with developing community engagement experiences for existing courses, (2) collaborate and build relationships with students, faculty and community partners to expand community engaged learning opportunities for undergraduates, and (3) administer community engagement grant.
