Angela Myers

Angela Myers is a junior at Elon University majoring in PWR with minors in Spanish, Latin American Studies, and History. Angela works in Elon’s Writing Center, is an Honors Fellow, and volunteers with the Village Project. When not in classes, she can be found writing in coffee shops, rereading Pride and Prejudice, or planning her next travel adventure.

Hayden McConnell

Hayden McConnell is a senior Professional Writing and Rhetoric major with minors in Digital Art and Multimedia Authoring. Professionally, she works in the Digital Art Studio on campus. Her plans for after graduation in May of 2020 are to begin her career in the marketing field where she can utilize her writing skills as well as her love for design. 

Leah Graf

Leah Graf is a senior at Elon University majoring in Strategic Communications with minors in Professional Selling and Professional Writing Studies. At Elon, Leah has been involved in  Live Oak Communications, a student-run strategic agency that creates integrated communications plans for local clients. Her professional experiences include internships at the American Cancer Society, NBC News Public Relations and NBC Entertainment Publicity. Following her May 2020 graduation, Leah plans to pursue a career in corporate communications that utilizes her marketing and writing skills.

Myrta Santana-Santini

Myrta Santana-Santini was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and moved to North Carolina the summer before starting college. She is an Odyssey Scholar at Elon University double majoring in Art History and Professional Writing and Rhetoric. Professionally, she works on campus as a student assistant for both the office of the Provost and the Registrar. After her graduation on May 2021, she hopes to pursue a career in the publishing and editing industry, where she can combine her passion for words and reading.

Abby Fuller

Abby Fuller is from Dallas, TX and is a Junior at Elon University, majoring in English, with a concentration in Creative Writing, and Professional Writing and Rhetoric and minoring in Environmental Studies. Professionally, she works at the Elon’s Writing Center, nannies in Alamance County, and volunteers with Young Life. She is also the Non-Fiction Editor for Colonnades literary magazine and enjoys reading novels, writing, and hiking. After graduation, she wants to pursue her MFA in Creative Writing and move back to Texas. 

Stephanie Neu

Stephanie Neu is a student at Elon University, double majoring in Professional Writing and Rhetoric (PWR) and English with an emphasis in Creative Writing. Stephanie is involved in various leadership positions at Elon’s Truitt Center for Religious and Spiritual Life, Elon Feminists, as well as Kappa Delta Sorority. She is also a member of Phi Eta Sigma Honors Society and the 2022 Periclean Scholars cohort. Professionally, Stephanie has interned for Newport Presbyterian Church, Fairwood Press, and edited children’s picture and board books for Joel Chalmers.

Erica Payne

Erica Payne is a senior at Elon University pursuing a BA in Journalism and a minor in Professional Writing Studies. During the summer of 2018, she worked as an editorial intern where she edited and published articles for Townvibe Magazine. This is where she developed her passion for lifestyle journalism, specifically fashion and health and wellness. She recently concluded her summer internships as an Editorial Intern for PureWow and a Style, Planning, and Fashion Intern for The Knot. 

Claire Gaskill

Claire Gaskill is a Business Fellow at Elon University double majoring in Finance and Marketing with a focus in Supply Chain Management and minoring in Professional Writing Studies.  Professionally, she works on campus as an Office Assistant in the Office of Admissions and has interned with Santee Cooper as Financial Analyst in Program Development and Charter Elevator as a Finance and Marketing Intern. After her May 2019 graduation, Claire plans to pursue a business career where she can integrate her finance and marketing skills while also utilizing her professional writing experience.

Jenny Kane

Jenny is a fourth-year undergraduate student at Elon University. She is an English major with a concentration in Professional Writing and Rhetoric. Jenny has a passion for research, exploration, and writing and has used her skills as a Writing Center Consultant, Laboratory Teaching Assistant, and Undergraduate Researcher in both English and Chemistry. Jenny has an alternate background in Biology and Chemistry with pursuits of going to medical school after graduating in the Spring of 2018.

Nicole Galante

Nicole is an English major with concentrations in literature and PWR, and a minor in women’s, gender, and sexuality studies. She is also an Elon College Fellow. When she’s not in class, Nicole works for LIFE@Elon, an on-campus organization that offers weekly educational classes to senior citizens. Nicole hopes to pursue a career in higher education. In the meantime, catch her sipping coffee, watching Lost, or reading the latest young adult novels.
