My two favorite characters of all time are Bo, played by Sean Scott, and Luke, played by Johnny Knoxville, Duke from the movie The Dukes of Hazard. The movie was base off the eighties television show that aired on CBS. The two boys are close cousins from Hazzard county Georgia. The two illegally transport small amounts of moonshine in the back of their 1969 Dodge Charger called the General Lee.  They often get caught up in trouble, and in the movie they stop the corrupted Boss Hogg from mining all the farmland of Hazzard. The have a trusty side kick named Kooter who is helpful but of lesser intelligence or the town idiot.

Bo and Luke are the underdogs who are seen as pests to Boss and his Colleagues. Even though the two boys are young and dumb; they are determined to do what is right and make sure their town is not ruined by the mining. They go to any length using every resource they have to stop it.  Bo and Luke are easy to relate to because they are just guys who enjoy having a good time and want to do the right thing, but keep getting distracted by things that temp us all such as attractive people and good times. At the end of the day Bo and Luke are able to put all the distractions behind them and save the town while enjoying themselves a little too much. The best part about the two is that they are not special in any way like a super hero would be, yet they are very heroic.

I agree with your point about how you can really relate to Bo and Luke. Maybe not all of their antics are relatable, but defiantly, them getting sidetracked and by temptation.

I like how you talked at the end about how they are just regular guys and not super hero people, yet they are very heroic. In my opinion the most heroic people are not necessarily the people with superpowers that you see in lots of movies.
