Webinar: “Succeed Like an Executive: Insights from an IBM Research Study”

On Wednesday, November 13th at 7pm, the MAPC program will host a webinar presented by alumna Kim Stephens. This is their fourth webinar as part of the Alumni Webinar Speaker Series. The webinar is available to anyone who is interested, and it will “detail Kim’s research of over 630 women executives from IBM from a recent executive study on how to have a successful career.” Information will include how to be visible, plan your career, and integrate work and life. kim_stephens_350x420Kim Stephens is the communications lead for the Advancing Women at IBM Research Study and is the co-author of the study paper. She works in Program Design and Development, IBM Diversity and Inclusion. In her more than 15 years with IBM, Kim has worked as a developer, accessibility advocate, technical writer, senior editor, and senior communications manager.
