Weclome Back!

Welcome back for the 2012-2013 academic year! We’re looking forward to some big things in CUPID this year, so stay posted.

There are still seats available in several Fall classes that meet in CUPID:

ENG 282 CUPID Studio – in this 2sh course, you will create the foundations of an electronic portfolio and work on a small publication for a local client to practice rhetorical strategies. Check past blog entries here to see what projects students worked on last Spring!

ENG 217 Writing Technologies – learn to use social media platforms, design software, and other technologies in this hands-on 2sh course.

ENG 313 Special Topics in PWR/Grant Writing for Non-Profits – in this service learning course, you’ll write a grant for a local non-profit agency and possibly earn that organization real funds to use to support its projects.

ENG 397 Writing as Inquiry – in this course you learn hands-on strategies for applying research principles to writing problems and strategies. An excellent preparation for undergraduate research, Fellows work, or your senior project.

Hope to see you in CUPID this year!
