I am looking forward to trying out a different approach to design. I view it as my strongest skill, but I know for a fact that I could use a refresher when it comes to theory. I have gotten so stuck in a comfortable style of design…and I really dislike that fact.
As far as technical skill goes, I know I have that in the reserves. I just want to know newer and different approaches to visual aesthetics. Foreign view points and taste is what will help all of us in the long term. It is very important to me that people be critical of the work we do, because without that we will not be able to grow as competent designers.
