Proceeds from this event will be used to support Alamance Regional Charitable Foundation’s
Legs for Life Wellness Fund. This fund will specifically benefit patients of Alamance Regional who
need access to diabetes education and medical nutrition therapy, but are unable to afford this care.
Hosted and sponsored by ARMC
6th AnnualCourse: USATF Certified course (NC08055PH) will begin at Alamance Regional.
Fun Run/Walk: One mile Fun Run/Walk will take place on Holt-Pardue Road that
circles Alamance Regional.
Awards: Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers:
1st place – $200 2nd place – $100 3rd place – $75
Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age division.
Age Groups: Up to 14, 15-19, 20-25, 26-30, 31-35, 36-40, 41-45, 46-50, 51-55, 56-60,
61-65, 66 & up
NEW! Physician & Business Leader Categories: If you are a
physician or business leader, please indicate on your registration form if you wish to compete
in these categories.
NEW! Hot Legs Contest: Go all out and
creatively decorate your legs/leggings with crazy designs!
Decorating can be done prior to the event, or we painters
will be available on-site from 7:45 to 8:15 a.m. Free to 5K
or Fun Run/Walk participants! Judging 8:30 – 8:45 a.m.
Winners announced after the 5K with 1st place receiving $100 Alamance Crossing gift card.
Registration Fees: Pre-registration is $20 per person and ends Oct. 8. On-site
registration is $25 per person and will take place at Alamance Regional Grand Oaks Center,
1238 Huffman Mill Road. T-shirts guaranteed to the first 100 registered. Children 12 and under
are welcome to participate in the Fun Run/Walk for free.
