The Manager of Community-Engaged Learning Student Programs oversees day-to-day operations of the Community Engagement Scholars Program, which works with over 200 undergraduate student participants and provides leadership and direction for program development and improvement. The Student Programs Manager trains and supervises student staff to conduct information sessions, workshop/reflection sessions, and individual student advising appointments, as well as meets with and advises students individually on reflective work, program requirements, and integration of community engagement into broader academic and career goals. The Community-Engaged Learning Student Programs Manager also provides advising and support to students interested in participating in HECUA’s Domestic Off-Campus Study programs and works closely with CCEL colleagues, HECUA full-time and part-time staff working to recruit students for these programs.
