This position serves on the senior leadership team, with responsibility for evaluation, assessment, strategic development, and organizational learning. With expertise in both evaluation and strategic planning, the Assistant Director is responsible for utilizing evaluation and assessment as a driver for ongoing strategic planning, development, and implementation that will assist the institute in meeting its mission and strategic priorities.
