The Assistant Director supports the Director and Associate Director of the Center for Community Action and Service Learning (CCASL) in the management of a multi-disciplinary, multi-program community engagement department. The Assistant Director provides leadership and supervision of the Center’s Community Engaged Learning Program. This position provides support to faculty, students and community partners engaged in the development, practice and scholarship of community engaged learning. In addition, this position supports the Center’s strategic initiatives, key partnerships and contributes to the development of socially responsible student volunteers and leaders. The position works closely with the CCASL management team, as well as Student Development and Academic Affairs professionals. The Assistant Director reports to the Director of CCASL and is full-time (40 hrs/wk, 12 months).
