The Morgridge Center seeks a dynamic individual and proven leader who can effectively administer the staff and operations of the Center; communicate passion for public service and community-engaged learning to a diverse constituency within and outside of the academy; enhance local and national awareness of the Center; and pursue development opportunities to strengthen and expand Center programming. The Associate Director is the highest-ranking full-time position at the Center, tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administration of the center, including its financial affairs. This person shares authority and responsibility for long term planning and policy with the Faculty Director, and reports to the Faculty Director.
