Associate Director, Leadership Engagement & Development (L.E.A.D.), Texas A & M University-Commerce

The Associate Director of Leadership Engagement and Development is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of a multi-year/multi-tier leadership program that encompasses emerging leaders through the senior year experience and beyond. The position is responsible for increasing student engagement and leadership involvement by developing and implementing creative ways to involve students in leadership development, education and service opportunities.
