The Director is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, marketing and assessment of the student leadership programs of the Center. These programs currently include the Chidsey Fellows, Leadership Davidson, the Chidsey Lecture Series, an annual retreat, and leadership development consultation with students and student groups.
The Director is responsible for the management of the budget and supervision of the Associate Director and Administrative Assistant of the Center. She/he is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key partners including the donor and community/alumni participants included in the curriculum for various programs, College Relations & Alumni Affairs.
The Director serves as the principal resource for the campus community on leadership development and collaborates effectively with the Centers for Civic Engagement and Career Development to maximize the preparedness of our students for lives of leadership and service.
