Program Coordinator, Center for Leadership Development and Social Action, Duke University

The Division of Student Affairs seeks a creative and dynamic leadership educator to join the Center for Leadership Development and Social Action staff of University Center Activities and Events (UCAE). UCAE supports over 400 undergraduate organizations including the student government association, the student programming board, and the student publications board through event advising and leadership development programming. The Center coordinates Division and University-wide connections to the Duke Leadership Framework through educational programs and initiatives in leadership learning. A major focus of this position will include the formation and execution of innovative leadership programming that links student’s academic work with co-curricular experiences.

Program Coordinator
Qualifications: Master’s degree required in Higher Education and Student Affairs Administration or related field of study. Experience in advising, leadership development, service/social action programming, and program planning at the undergraduate and/or graduate level(s).
