How Are You a Leader? With all of my past experiences in leadership positions, I have learned how to work effectively with others, something I believe is the most important part of being a leader. As workshop coordinator for the LEAD Program, I communicate with many faculty members on campus as well as students, which allows me to share my passion for leadership with others. The opportunity to serve as a LEAD Program Director is one that I think will truly allow me to develop my leadership skills every day.
